Northwest Interior Design
This Northwest style home reflects the cultural and environmental
influences displayed in the natural look of the exposed wooden beams,
collection of regional artifacts, and high windows overlooking Puget Sound.
The placement of this majestic Chinook salmon gazing down from above the
fireplace reflects the owner’s passion for fishing while portraying the
spirit of the Pacific Northwest.

Traditional Interior Design
Perched proudly above the fireplace this traditional oval panel salmon
replica display serves as an everlasting reminder of a great fishing
adventure when the “big-one” was landed. A traditional stone fireplace
surrounded by bookcases and cabinets is always the best choice for
placement.

Rocky Mountain Interior Design
Situated just a few miles from the fly fishing mecca of Yellowstone
National Park, this ranch-style home boasts interior displays devoted to
notable western fly fishing pioneers and features collections of traditional
fly patterns, bamboo fly rods, and other inspirational artifacts related to
western fly fishing. The placement of “half-cast” trout replicas featured on
quarter sawn oak panels (upper right in photo) adorn the high ceilings in
honor of each season’s catch. This is an on-going project that Blackwater
shares with this home owner’s passion for fly fishing.
